Service Units

Clinical Program Services
Providing clerical and management support to any programs utilizing the clinical setting of the OVC HSC, including the DVM, DVSc and VCEP offerings.

Departmental Services
The first point of contact for the many day to day needs of faculty, staff and students within the academic departments. This includes administrative and curriculum support, as well as operations management.

Financial & Accounting Services
Managing and coordinating the financial needs of the college, including purchasing requests, reimbursements, billing, research accounts and more.

Graduate & Research Program Services
The hub for graduate student and research administration at OVC, serving graduate students, faculty and staff.

Human Resource Services
Managing and coordinating the human resources needs of faculty, staff and students in the areas of recruitment, onboarding/orientation, performance management, payroll and more.
