Who will allocate desk space for graduate students or new faculty?

Desk space will be arranged by the Assistant to the Chair/Faculty (ACF) in your department in consultation with an Administrative Manager.

Technology support for student defenses will be arranged by the Graduate Program Assistant (GPA) for your department in consultation with OVC ITS.

You have two options with regard to booking rooms.  The first is to email your request to roomdean@uoguelph.ca.  Alternatively, please see the Assistant to the Chair/Faculty (ACF) in your department.

Yes.  We have a temporary pool of part time staff that will be able to fill in.  The SAS Management Team is also prepared to assist when necessary.
