The Administrative Managment Team is made of members from both the Office of the Dean and Shared Adminsitrative Services. Its function is to provide oversight to each of the five service units (see the About page for a clear description of the organizational structure of SAS). The key activities that fall under administrative services include; Finance, Personnel Managment and College Operations. The management team provides the vision and best practices used by the service teams in an effort to provide the most useful and efficient administrative needs to all members of the OVC.
Typically the Administrative Management Team is providing service to members of the SAS units and not other OVC internal clients.
