Tanya Rossi

D.V.M, Ph.D


Tanya Rossi is an equine veterinarian and epidemiologist. She received her DVM degree from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2009 and completed a Ph.D in epidemiology in 2017. She is currently a Post-doctoral fellow in the MathEpi laboratory under Dr. Amy Greer.

Research Interests

Tanya Rossi uses network analysis to describe patterns of horse contacts/movements within and between equine facilities in order to inform biosecurity stategies, and mathematical models of equine infectious disease.
