Sydney Liang


Sydney Liang is an MSc Candidate in Population Medicine – Epidemiology at the University of Guelph. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in the Life Sciences program at Queen’s University in 2018 and her current research areas of interest include assisting with the development of early interventions that aim to prevent co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders in the Canadian youth population. Sydney is currently working with Dr. Michele Guerin to investigate the correlation between husbandry- and biosecurity-related factors and infectious bronchitis virus in small poultry flocks in Ontario.
