Profile

Natassia Lambrou is an MSc. student in the Department of Population Medicine, University of Guelph working toward her degree in epidemiology.

Natassia is currently working alongside Dr. Kelsey Spence & Dr. Charlotte Winder to assess the veterinary needs of smallholder groups across Ontario in addition to determining their access to veterinary care for their novelty species. Natassia’s research will be primarily focused around bison producers in Ontario & fibre producers in Ontario. She plans to apply her findings to help identify their veterinary needs and improve their access to veterinary care.

Natassia graduated with a BBRM in Equine Management from the University of Guelph. Natassia plans to complete a DVM degree following her MSc. degree and hopes to incorporate the knowledge gained through her research in her studies.

Assessing veterinary needs in smallholder groups across Ontario & their access to veterinary care for their novelty species.
