BSc(Occupational Therapy), MPH

Profile

I am an Occupational Therapist and life-long learner passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). As a clinician-researcher I am exploring how policy, systems and structural racism impact students underrepresented in health professions education. A deeper understanding of current EDI practice and system gaps can inform how to strengthen representation. A workforce that is diverse and culturally responsive is critical to ensuring that racialized patients are seen, heard and treated.
