I am currently completing my MSc in the department of Population Medicine at the University of Guelph under the supervision of Dr. Papadopoulos. My project is a program evaluation of the SHINE program run by the Wellness Centre, which uses mindfulness, self-compassion, and gratitude as some of its methods of reducing stress amongst students. I completed two undergraduate degrees at the University of Guelph, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology, and then one in Classical Studies as well. During my time as an undergraduate student, I was elected to several student government positions, such as on the College of Arts Student Union, but also the Guelph Classics Society and the Guelph Equestrian Club. When I'm not researching, studying, or reading, I am a photographer for the Guelph Gryphons as well as other various departments across campus, although during the summer I can be found taking photos of horses across Canada.
