Josephine Gaupholm

Josephine is in the second year of her PhD having completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Guelph and Master’s degree in International Health at the University of Leeds. Her doctoral research will be focused on exploring the role of the food environment on dietary choices in the Philippines. Her research interests include global health, food security, nutrition, and health promotion. Outside of academics Josephine is an avid reader, podcast listener, and traveler.
