I am a first-year, course-based Master of Public Health student. I completed my research and laboratory focused undergraduate degree at Carleton University in Biology, Neuroscience and Psychology. I decided early on in my undergraduate degree that I would earn an MPH as I have a passion for wellness and helping individuals in my community lead healthy, fulfilling lives. In my spare time, I enjoy weightlifting, cooking/baking, reading a good novel and being out on the water.
