Erin Near


I am a first-year Master of Public Health student within the Department of Population Medicine. My key interests in public health include epidemiology, social determinants of health, as well as environmental health. I completed my undergraduate degree at Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri. In my final year of study, I completed an internship where I worked extensively on a community needs assessment for the county which primarily targeted chronic disease prevention as well as the opiod epidemic.
