The University of Guelph is committed to ensuring the physical safety of all of our employees.
During the winter months, our Physical Resources division is responsible for removing snow and clearing doorways, pathways, steps, ramps and curb cuts.
If you are aware of an area that will require timely attention, please visit the Office of Diversity and Human Rights website to complete a Snow Removal Survey.
Your information will be shared with Physical Resources to ensure that all employees have access to University buildings.
If you are an employee who requires assistance during an emergency or evacuation, you are also invited to complete an Emergency Planning Survey.
Your information will be shared with Campus Community Police, Emergency Management and Fire Safety, to aid them with emergency planning.
Both surveys will require you to login using your campus ID.
