Profile
Dr. Ashley Spencer is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (SAIM) who graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College, completed a MHSc in Community Health and Epidemiology at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health, and completed specialty training in Small Animal Internal Medicine at North Carolina State University. Prior to specialty training Ashley worked in veterinary general and emergency practice. She has experience working in regional and federal public health. Her research interests include the intersection of small animal health and community health, epidemiology, and canine and feline infectious diseases.
